Dear sir,

I am writing in connection with the advertisement published in the local newspaper by your hospital management. I would like to mention that I am keenly interested in extending my voluntary services to the hospital.



I believe it is important for me to shed light on the reason for my being interested in the opportunity. I consider voluntary services as a golden chance not just to serve the organization but also to polish one's personal and professional skills. This is the primary reason for my keen interest in serving your hospital.


Adding up to your knowledge, I would mention that I have been working as a board member in a renowned non-profit and non-governmental organization for four years. My chief responsibility included the organization of various educational programs and publicity of projects of the organization for the purpose of fundraising. Therefore, I am inclined towards participating in activities of similar nature in your hospital, too. I am fond of the idea of comparing and discriminating a newsletter from the hospital's platform, which will not just create awareness among people about your health-related endeavor but may also be a source of fundraising.



Having been responsible for activities in another charity organization, as I mentioned above, I would unfortunately not be available for service throughout the week. Nevertheless, I am mostly free on weekends when I can put in my efforts for the development of your hospital.

IELTS (CLB 9) became my ultimate target and I wanted to clear it with a good band. I started practicing on my own, but could not get the desired results. One of my close friends introduced me to Seema's IELTS Academy . In my first meeting with Miss Seema, I explained all the difficulties I had been having in all the sections, especially the 'Reading' part. I discussed with her how I was always confused about True, False, or Not Given. To my surprise, when the classes started I almost immediately started scoring excellent band, especially in the reading part, using all the techniques that I was taught.   Saulat (Saudi Arabia) Got 7.5 overall band in IELTS  Letter Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to share my comments on the day long event that I prearranged for my organization, in your hotel lately. First of all, I would like to praise you for the great hospitality that hotel management and its staff provided during the event. I would also like to commend on the overall ambiance, which all my colleagues admired as well, especially the elegant Dolphin Fountain at the entrance was giving an aesthetic touch and uplifted the main view of the hotel. Moreover, the table arrangement along with the name tagging reservation was also spot on. On the contrary, we encountered an awful experience at the lunchtime, where the food was delayed for half an hour.
